SLIPKNOT Meets RICKY MARTIN In New Viral Video

September 5, 2015

A new viral video that mashes up a performance by SLIPKNOT and Ricky Martin's 1999 smash hit "Livin' La Vida Loca" can be seen below.

The excellently edited clip was uploaded to Facebook last week and has since been viewed more than 540,000 times.

"Livin' La Vida Loca" originally appeared on Martin's self-titled debut English album (he had previously released several albums in Spanish). The song was composed by Desmond Child and Draco Rosa and topped the charts during 1999. "La vida loca" is Spanish for "the crazy life."

"Livin' La Vida Loca" received various Grammy Awards nominations and made it to No. 28 on the list of "100 Greatest Songs Of The '90s" by VH1.
